Greys Hall Fabrication is a specialist engineering / metal fabrication company covering the South East of England. Using the latest CAD software, the company supplies high quality, bespoke metal fabrications / structures to some of the largest house builders in the UK, as well as supplying structural steelworks for major construction sites.
With expert engineers and draftsmen, highly skilled platers and welders and specialist installation teams, Greys Hall Fabrication delivers its quality product to schedule and with little or no disruption to other site activities.
Our products are fabricated from mild steel, using light steel to heavy plate and section. Typical products include metal frame structures, balconies, stairs, iron railings.

Greys Hall Fabrication is registered with Firas and are one of a few licensed company’s authorised to undertaking the following works:
- Door frames/liners within walls
- Intumescent collars and wraps
- Protected shaft construction
- Smoke ventilation
- Soil and vent pipes
- Cables and Services penetrations
Every penetration which is fire stopped will be tagged with the Greys Hall Fabrication fire and air seal tag.
Each tag also has its own reference number so areas can be identified quickly.
Once fire stopping works have been undertaken the site will be issued with a Firas Certificate of Conformity, which contains details of the installation as well as our details as a certified contractor.
Greys Hall Fabrication provides a specialist diamond drilling and cutting service within the construction and civil engineering industries.
Focusing on the South East of England, Greys Hall Fabrication works in a wide variety of materials and project situations, mainly with concrete and masonry but also percussion / rock and drilling.
Works undertaken:
- Diamond core drilling – dry or with water control
- Floor saw cutting up to 300mm thick reinforced concrete
- Diamond stitch drilling
- Chasing in walls or floor for conduits and channels etc
- Silent removal of concrete, masonry using drill / burst / crunching techniques
- Drilling steel beams, RSJ's etc
- Wire saw cutting to any shape or depth of reinforced concrete or steel tanks
- Wall saw cutting up to 200mm
- Floor preparation, polishing, grinding, scabbing and specific depth removal.
Health and safety is of paramount importance to Greys Hall Fabrication. The company continually monitors the Health & Safety legislation and guidelines
to ensure full compliance is maintained at all times both within the company and on site.
All our employees are highly qualified, receiving regular training in Health & Safety matters. All employees are trained in safe working practices and the safe and responsible operation of machinery (including mobile machinery used on client's sites).
